Madrid Wanderers Membership Terms and Conduct

Section 1 — Data Protection, Confidentiality, and Liability

Upon joining this Madrid Wanderers Social-Culture Club, members consent, in accordance with applicable EU data protection laws, to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal information for membership purposes.
MW Members are strictly prohibited from sharing other members’ personal details, including names or contact information, without the individual’s explicit permission.

Madrid Wanderers assumes no responsibility for any issues, disputes, or damages arising from the use of recommendations shared within the group regarding resources, staff, technicians, or companies. The recommendations, are just that...recommendations, made by other members. And our MW club admin are NOT liable for issues that may arise upon using the recommendations - criminal issues, (physical or emotional) health issues or otherwise.

Photo identification is required upon membership and will be securely maintained by club administrators. Any abuse or breach of these rules will result in the member’s immediate removal from the group.

Section 2 — Communications, Subgroups, and Business Conduct

Members are not permitted to create, establish, or participate in any subgroups, separate chats, or offshoot groups that stem from club membership without prior written permission from club administration.

Members are also prohibited from:

Approaching other members privately for business purposes without their consent,
Sending unsolicited business or marketing messages to individual members, or
Promoting or pitching any business in the main club chat without member request or explicit authorization from club administrators.

Any violation of these rules will be considered a serious infraction and will result in the member’s immediate removal from the club.

Section 3 — WhatsApp Groups and Media Consent

By submitting a Join Us form and becoming a member of the Madrid Wanderers Social-Culture Club, individuals acknowledge and agree that they may be added to the following MW WhatsApp groups:

Main MW Chat
MW Announcements
MW Marketplace
MW City Dwellers
MW Pet Lovers
MW Games Group
Any additional WhatsApp subgroup of interest to the member
Individual MW Event or Activity WhatsApp groups formed once members have booked to attend a specific event.

Additionally, upon joining Madrid Wanderers, members grant permission for their image or likeness to be used for marketing, promotional, and communication purposes, including but not limited to the club’s website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials.
